All staff are provided with an ID Badge at the time of employment. 
ID badges must be worn daily and throughout shift.
As per company policy we will only provide "1" badge per staff.
 
If for any reason you lose or damage your badge you must notify management immediately so that a temporary badge can be provided and order a replacement.
 
Please allow two week processing time.
